This Influencer & Affiliate Policy governs all collaborations, promotions, and partnerships between Streamis Skincare (“Brand,” “we,” “us”) and influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliates (“you”).

 

By accepting products, payments, commissions, or affiliate access from Streamis Skincare, you agree to comply with this policy.

All influencers and affiliates must comply with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines.

If you receive:

•Discounted products

•Payments

•Affiliate commissions

•Any form of incentive

 

You must clearly disclose the relationship in every piece of content.

Disclosures must be:

•Clearly visible

•Placed at the beginning of captions or spoken clearly in videos

•Not hidden in hashtags or descriptions

2. PROHIBITED CLAIMS (VERY IMPORTANT)

 

To comply with FDA cosmetic regulations, you may not state or imply that Streamis Skincare products:

 

❌ Treat medical conditions

❌ Cure acne, eczema, rosacea, melasma, or pigmentation disorders

❌ Prevent aging at a cellular or medical level

❌ Replace medical or dermatological treatment

❌ Provide guaranteed or permanent results

 

Allowed Language

 

✔ Personal experience

✔ “Helps hydrate my skin”

✔ “Makes my skin feel smoother”

✔ “I like how my skin looks after using it”

 

All statements must be honest and based on actual use.

3. AUTHENTIC CONTENT ONLY

•Reviews must reflect your genuine experience

•No scripts claiming guaranteed results

•No misleading before/after images

•Filters must not misrepresent results

 

Streamis Skincare reserves the right to request removal of content that is misleading or non-compliant.

4. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

 

By participating, you grant Streamis Skincare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

•Repost your content

•Use it for marketing, ads, website, email, and social media

 

Credit will be given where reasonably possible.

5. BRAND GUIDELINES

 

You agree to:

•Represent the brand respectfully and professionally

•Avoid offensive, illegal, or harmful content

•Not associate Streamis Skincare with hate speech, drugs, or unlawful activity

6. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS

•Commission rates are communicated separately

•Payments are made after order verification

•Fraudulent activity (fake orders, self-purchases, manipulation) will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

Any non-public information, campaign details, pricing, or internal communication must remain confidential unless written permission is provided.

8. TERMINATION

 

Streamis Skincare may terminate collaboration immediately if:

•FTC disclosure rules are violated

•False or medical claims are made

•Brand reputation is harmed

•Content violates platform policies or laws

 

No compensation will be owed for terminated partnerships caused by violations.

9. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP

 

This collaboration does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Influencers and affiliates act as independent contractors.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Streamis Skincare is not responsible for:

•Platform account actions (shadow bans, removals)

•Content performance

•Audience engagement or sales outcomes

11. GOVERNING LAW

 

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

12. AGREEMENT

 

Participation in any influencer or affiliate program confirms acceptance of this policy.

Have influencers reply with:

 

“I have read and agree to the Streamis Skincare Influencer & Affiliate Policy.”

 

This protects you legally.
